We always look for the most cost efficient way of getting your goods to you and only pass on what it costs us or in the case of furniture we discount that cost
For smaller pieces our default service is Parcel Force 24/48 or UPS both tracked services.
UK Blanket wrap delivery
For furniture and or any piece not suitable for a standard 'carton courier' our default blanket wrap courier for mainland England & Wales (excluding I of W) is Silversprint Ltd. We are able to offer a discount to their volume based fixed prices and they are currently: £45, £60 and £75. For other UK locations or overseas please contact us for a detailed quote
We aim to provide a full and accurate description of everything we sell. We will be honest about items that have been repaired/restored and are always happy to answer questions, provide further photographs or arrange a viewing.
If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason with your goods we offer a full refund of the purchase price, provided you contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will only refund postage costs that we have charged where goods have to be returned as a consequence of having been received damaged in transit.
